Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Use a multi-line phone, email, and in person conversation to answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Process service requests (including gathering appropriate information from other team members, online resource guides, and customers), order needed parts, and collect payment
  • Schedule service calls for our service technicians using scheduling software
  • Learn our products/parts
  • The ability to walk through product concerns and trouble shoot with customers over the phone
  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom
